Developmental Journals
Most guided journals focus on expression, reflection, emotional processing, and cultivating positive feelings. My work takes a different approach. Informed by ten years of research in neuroscience, adult learning, and developmental psychology, as well as my experience as an educator and coach, I create guided journals that are developmental catalysts.
These journals are designed to help you think deeply, hold complex perspectives, and grow both cognitive and emotional capacities. The goal is not temporary relief, but durable development.
Thinking With Integrity
A Guided Workbook for Critical Thinking Under Pressure
Most people don’t struggle with critical thinking because they lack intelligence. They struggle because critical thinking collapses under emotional pressure.
Thinking With Integrity is a guided journal designed to help you recognize how emotion, identity, and ego-defense interfere with your ability to think critically. Through guided reflection, you will strengthen your ability to think clearly even when the stakes feel high.
Wise Mind
A Guided Journal for Wisdom and Clarity
Wisdom is not the same as intelligence. It is not quick thinking, clever arguments, or the accumulation of information. Wisdom is the ability to see clearly, recognize what truly matters, and exercise sound judgment in complex and uncertain situations.
This journal draws on insights from expertise studies, wisdom research, developmental psychology, and ancient wisdom traditions, integrating modern understanding with timeless insight. Rather than offering advice or telling you what to believe, it guides you through structured reflection that strengthens judgment, coherence, and clarity of mind.
Go To Yourself
A Guided Journal for Self-Discovery and Purpose
Go To Yourself is a guided journal for people seeking clarity about who they are and where they are going. Rather than offering advice or affirmations, this journal is designed as a structured process of self-discovery. It helps readers reflect on formative childhood experiences, identify interests and strengths, clarify personal values, and understand how these elements contribute to a sense of purpose.
The questions in Go To Yourself are intentionally sequenced. Early sections focus on understanding how past experiences influenced patterns of thinking and motivation. Later sections guide readers toward integrating passions, abilities, and values into a coherent sense of direction.
